The apartments are furnished to an excellent standard with fully equipped kitchens, Freeview TVs, CD players and most have Video/DVD players. Air conditioning provides cooling in the summer and doubles up as heating in the winter months. Most have en-suite bathroom facilities and a separate toilet and shower room. Linen, towels and hairdryers are provided. Guests are requested to bring their own towels for the pool. Sun loungers and dining facilities are provided within the garden area and on each apartment terrace.
Most apartments have two bedrooms and there are two 3 bedroom apartment available.
Rates are for a two bed-roomed apartment sleeping up to a maximum of 4 guests, inclusive of electricity, weekly linen change, and an initial supply of cleaning materials and toilet rolls. Infant cots/High Chairs can be provided at a small additional cost. A complimentary bottle of wine is provided.
Apartment Information
The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival and on your departure.
Apartments should be vacated by 10am on the last morning of your stay to allow the maid to clean. Safe storage of your luggage can be arranged and we will generally try to accommodate anyone who requires to freshen up if your flight is later in the day.
Please strip the beds and leave linen and towels in the hall for the maid to uplift.
Accidental damage or breakages must be reported. Damages of a severe nature will require reimbursement to the owners.
Booking
A deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking for 1 week; £150 for a 2 week booking. The booking is not secured until the deposit is received. The remaining balance of your rental (preferably in euros) is payable on your arrival at Balcon De Mijas.
Preparing for your Holiday
Please telephone 0034 952 486 182 at least 1 week before your arrival to advise flight times and make any arrangements for airport pick up, car hire. You will be advised where to pick up your apartment keys and car park gate opener.
